RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging. The cost of returns will be at the customers expense. Please take extra care to securely package the item(s) as we cannot accept products for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the post. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for any item lost in the post so we strongly advise that returns are sent by recorded delivery mail.

DELIVERY TIMES
With the exception of weekends, Christmas period and Bank Holidays, we aim to process your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Normally orders are dispatched the next working day after your order is received, but please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders. Orders to other countries may take longer.

PAYMENT AND TAXES
Skin Affairs accepts the following forms of payment; credit or debit cards and cheques made payable to Skin Affairs Ltd. Payment may be made in a secure online environment. All prices quoted on the Skin Affairs website include VAT and are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Orders for goods which have increased in price whilst being processed will be honoured at the price which prevailed when the order was made.

For international orders, customs or import duties may be payable, if any, once the package reaches your destination and will be your responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these and cannot predict them.
